Provided customer notifies Home Depot during the warranty period, Home Depot will repair any defects due to faulty workmanship at no charge to customer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of god, abuse, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Home Depot does not warrant any repair services made or attempted by a third party, including any third-party service provider that performs the repair services. Parts and materials that must be replaced as a result of faulty workmanship are covered by this warranty. Customer is responsible for transportation of customer’s tool(s) to and from Home Depot premises. This limited warranty gives customer specific legal rights and is inlieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness. Customer may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
